2. How to Return an Item

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. If the product is damaged or defective, please include photos that show the issue.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. Yiwu Wholesale is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If your return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange for a prepaid return label if applicable.

4. Processing Your Return

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is returned in the original condition, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement product once we receive the returned item, subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or worn.
  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Final Sale items or items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Customized or personalized products, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to return a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide your order number along with photos of the damaged or defective product.
  2. We will review your request and, if applicable, arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  3. If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. If the item is eligible for exchange, we will assist you in returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Refunds for Returned Items

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note the following regarding refunds:
